Posted by Sgt Grit StaffUSMC BALL The (retired) Master Sergeant was my Senior Drill Instructor at Parris Island in 1965. He was my guest at the 225th Marine Corps Birthday ball in White River Junction, Vermont hosted by the Twin State Detachment, Marine Corps League, Department of New Hampshire, November 10, 2000. The other is of me receiving the Distinguished Service Award and National Recruiter's Medal for recruiting over 50 MCL members in 1999 SEMPER FI!
