I went thru the ceremony many years ago, the certificate given on the ship was sort of lame. Our Chief said to send away for a much nicer one which some of us did. It was identical to the one pictured. It is elaborately detailed and multi-colored, it looks great framed and on my wall. is a nice parchment type paper. Back then in 1968 I paid $5 for mine and considering the intervening inflation this looks like a deal at $14.99, very well worth the price, a very nice framing job can be had at Hobby Lobby or Michael's especially if you watch their sales.
