EMAIL FAQ - How do I use content filtering?

Login to your email online

Select Settings | My Content Filtering

Then you will be given several options to select from, for example selected is under; Address | To specific address, is checked

These options give you ways to choose how to block the messages, I.e. from specific addresses, subject line, etc.

Now you must place in the dialogue box, the persons email address that you wish to filter, or content that you have selected.

Then you have the option for filter type, you may select AND or OR these are explained next to the option.

And Wildcards are if you want specific words, but do not know the exact address (I.e. *@bugme.com)

Now you can place a name on your new rule so you can distinguish from other rules created.

As well as what actions to be taken on this rule, be it Delete or Bounce

Click save and you have a new rule in the Content Filtering dialogue.
