Marine Pride
Here is a little known fact that will brighten your day. At the WALL sets a flag pole and at it’s base are the seals of all the services. Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard……. Well every day a group from Eight & I (Eight and I is the Marine Barracks Detachment in Washington, DC.) come to the flag and polish the Marine Emblem. The other services have NEVER touched theirs….. Submitted by many, many, proud Marines.
