Can't Find Product

Our search feature can be used to locate your items. On the top of every shopping page is a "Search" box. Type in a word to locate items containing that word in the name or description, or type in the item number to locate a specific item.

If you can't find an item, it is possible that the item you are looking for was mistakenly not put on the website or has been discontinued and is no longer available for sale. Bulk Pricing

Personalized Products

Many of our products can include personalization such as engraving or embroidery. To see if this is available on your item, look below the description. Some items include personalization in the price, while others offer it at an additional charge.

Backorders

Backordered products are items that we normally carry in stock, but we have sold out of in our warehouse. We must wait for more product to arrive before we can send it to you. Items on backorder USUALLY take about 2 weeks to ship, but they can take longer. We make every effort to get the product in and ship the backordered items as soon as we can. Sgt Grit accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover on our website and over the phone. We now accept Paypal for online orders. If you choose you can also mail in a check or money order, just print out our order form and mail your orders to: P.O. Box 8300, Little Rock, AR 72222-8300

Sales Tax

By law we are required to charge sales tax for orders that are shipped to a location in Oklahoma & Arkansas. Rates will vary per location.

Returns/Exchanges

We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase! Every order comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund or exchange any merchandise within 90 days of purchase. If you are returning unused, non-personalized merchandise to be exchanged for correct sizes, please enclose $5.95 for return postage. If you are shopping from a Sgt Grit Catalog that you received in the mail, you can quickly add items to your cart by entering your item numbers into the search box and pressing enter. You will automatically be directed to the product you are searching for.

Pricing

All purchases are subject to current catalog/website pricing. The company reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that might occur in the production of emails, banners and website. Should an error occur in pricing, the customer shall have the option of paying the correct price less 10%* or receive a full refund.

*Items with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) will not qualify for the discount.
