Important: If you choose Standard Shipping option at checkout, FedEx tracking will show packages have been delivered once they arrive at your local post office. Please allow 3-4 additional days for the Post Office to deliver your order to your home or office.

Order Processing Time:
In-Stock Items Daily order processing cutoff is 2:00 PM. Normal processing time is 12-24 hours after order placement for non-peak season.

Custom and Personalized Items require 48 hours to process.

Drop Ship Items processing and delivery are vendor dependent and listed on the item’s product page.

Shipping Carriers: Fedex and USPS

Standard: 7 to 10 days (plus processing time)
Priority: (Most Popular Shipping Method) 3 to 5 business days (plus processing time)
2 Day Air: 2 business days (plus processing time)
Next Day Air: 1 business day (plus processing time)

Additional Shipping Information

Delivery Dates are quoted in business days. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not included. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it is processed on Monday and typically shipped within 24 hours. Orders that have shipping selections of Next Day and 2 Day Air are prioritized in processing.

Holiday shipping timelines are adjusted to order volume and guidance from package carriers.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Standard delivery: 7 to 10 days. Any drop ships going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur an additional shipping charge.

Foreign (outside USA) Freight charges will be applied after the order is processed. Customer is responsible for freight and duty charges, and you will be contacted to approve the final charges before the order is shipped. NOTE: Special shipping promotions or discounts do not apply to foreign orders.

Shipping Charges are for each address shipped to and include packing, insurance and delivery.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 60 days of receipt. Exceptions include, but are not limited to personalized products, perishable items, earrings, and customized products made to order.

Damaged Merchandise:
If merchandise is received damaged, you have 5 days from the date of receipt to file a damage claim. Please keep all wrapping materials including interior containers, exterior containers and garment tags. If items are damaged, notify us immediately. Please call Customer Service at 1-866-851-7916

Merchandise Return Policy:
Please call within 60 days of receipt of your order if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returns should be shipped prepaid via USPS mail only to the address above along with this form. When the item is received, we will replace it or refund the purchase price (less the shipping and handling costs). This process may take up to 10-14 days depending on the time of year.

Credits:
Credits will be issued in the same method of payment as the original order was paid for eligible items only.

Return/ Exchange of Personalized Items:
All sales are final. Custom and personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

Return Instructions:
1. Complete Return Merchandise Form and enclose in package.
2. Use the Return Shipping Label provided to address your package.
3. Please provide a daytime phone.
4. Securely wrap and send your return PREPAID via USPS mail only.

(Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.) DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN VIA AN EXPRESS SERVICE REGARDLESS OF THE REASON WHY YOU ARE RETURNING THE ITEM. YOUR SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REIMBURSABLE. ONLY USPS SHIPPING FEES WILL BE REFUNDED.

5. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for receipt of your exchange order. If returning an item for exchange, please include $5.95 for return shipping.
