International Orders

Sgt Grit ships to other countries and APO/FPO addresses. Foreign (outside USA) freight charges will be applied after the order is processed and the actual shipping charge is determined. Customer will be contacted to approve the final freight charges before the order is shipped. Outside the USA, customers are responsible for additional duty charges.

NOTE: Special shipping promotions or discounts do not apply to foreign orders.


We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase! Every order comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not satisfied, simply return it within 60 days and we will promptly refund the item price, or replace the product free of charge. Returned items should be in original condition. We will gladly refund or exchange any merchandise less the shipping charges. If you are returning unused, non-personalized items to be exchanged for correct sizes, please enclose $5.95 for return postage.

If the item is damaged or defective, please call us immediately for instructions. Damage claims must be filed within 10 days of receipt of goods. Normal wear is not considered a defect.

Return/Exchange of Personalized Items

There will be a 20% return fee applied to the return/exchange of personalized items.

Time to Ship Orders

Sgt Grit strives to get orders out as quickly as possible. Outside of orders placed on weekends or holidays, our goal is to have your order packed and ready to head out the door within 48 hours or less of you placing it with us. (Please note this does not include items stating they need additional processing time, such as custom-made orders.) Customized items and drop-shipped items can take 3-4 weeks for delivery and APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4-6 weeks. Most orders are delivered and to your door in less than 7-10 business days after being shipped out of our building. Providing an accurate e-mail address will enable us to send you a confirmation e-mail that your order is in our hands, and then subsequent e-mails stating it has shipped and tracking of an estimated date you will receive your package.

Express Delivery

We can ship any items that are in stock and not customized via next business day or 2nd business Day.

Cut In Line Fee for Custom Items

Custom items typically take 7-10 days of additional processing time before they ship out from our facilities. By choosing "Cut In Line Fee" on a customized item, we will guarantee that the item will be ready to ship within 1 business day. You will receive the item based on the shipping options you have chosen for your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to Dulles, VA. If you need to ship to an address in Dulles, VA, we recommend contacting us via email at or phone (888-NOV-1775) to change the address to an alternative location. We apologize for the inconvenience.
