Where is my order?

  • If you have created an account, you can check your order status by logging into your account and selecting the Order History tab.
  • After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once the order has shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking information and estimated arrival date.

How do I start a return?

  • Detailed instructions on how to return or exchange are on the back of your invoice or the packing list that accompanied your order. You can also find detailed instructions by clicking here.

Where can I buy a gift card?

  • Gift cards can be purchased online or by contacting customer service.  To order online just type gift card in the search field then select the desired gift amount.
