First Tattoo At Last

First Tattoo At Last

I always wanted an Eagle, Globe, and Anchor tattoo. I turned 50 this year and decided that the time was right. The artist was John M. At Classic 13 Tattoos in Birmingham, Alabama.

My comment is for “Martin”: you were C 1/26 right? At Khe Sanh? I was with F 2/26 @Khe Sanh and some other very wonderful locations as well. Are you attending the 26th Marines Reunion this year in Seattle in July?? Gary Ross, 2377141

I’m turning 93 and think I’ll wait a spell for my first tattoo.

Great looking Tatoo and the artist did a great job! I was 60 when I got my first Tatoo, now I have 4 and thinking about my 5th a bald eagle with a American flag . It’s really a great feeling getting a Tatoo that represents who you really are, deep down inside! Semper FIDELIS !!

That’s an awesome tattoo and a job well done. I can see the round scar above it and if it’s anything like my scar I know exactly what its from. I’m thinking it was from your chicken pox vaccine shot that you got in recruit training. I have the exact scar and it’s above my Maine Corps tattoo just like yours. Please let me know if that’s what that scar is from. I think it’s interesting in a way that you scarred just like I did. But the guy did an amazing freaking job on the EGA! Semper-fi
